1. Return Window:

  • Be in its original packaging. Have all original tags and labels attached.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange: You can exchange the item for a different product.
  • Store Credit: We can issue store credit for the value of the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items (e.g., items purchased during a clearance sale).
  • perishable goods.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

For approved returns of defective or damaged items, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
