Perfume Shipping Restrictions

Books may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. The item must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Perfumes

Due to health and safety regulations, perfumes cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product is opened. Unopened perfumes may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective or damaged perfumes will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Refund Process
